The iPod device is connected to the iDo, but the green light is not on. What's wrong?

 

Try disconnecting your iPod device. On to the iDo, cycle power off and then back and reconnect your iPod device. If that doesn't work, check the iDo compatibility list to make sure your device is compatible with iDo. In addition, at some point it may become necessary to update your iDo operating system as newer versions become available.
